By engaging RV Weight Check (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for caravan or recreational vehicle weighing services, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2.1 Scope of Service

RV Weight Check provides mobile weighing services for caravans, trailers, and recreational vehicles (RVs). The service involves measuring vehicle and/or caravan weights and comparing those measurements to manufacturer-stated ratings where supplied by the customer or publicly available sources.

2.2 Exclusions

RV Weight Check does not provide engineering, mechanical, legal, compliance, or roadworthiness assessments.

 All measurements and comparisons provided are for informational purposes only. RV Weight Check does not determine, certify, or guarantee compliance with:

· Manufacturer specifications

· State or Territory transport regulations

· Federal transport regulations

· Insurance requirements

Vehicle and caravan owners remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and manufacturer limits.

All measurements reflect the vehicle and/or caravan in its configuration, load condition, and setup at the time of weighing. Any of the following changes may alter your RV's weight measurements:

· Load distribution

· Passengers

· Fuel levels

· Water tanks

· Accessories

· Tow ball weight

· Suspension settings

· Vehicle configuration

RV Weight Check accepts no responsibility for changes made after the time of weighing.

RV Weight Check uses calibrated weighing equipment and takes reasonable care to ensure accurate measurement. However, results may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

· Surface conditions

· Environmental conditions

· Equipment tolerances

· Vehicle positioning

To the extent permitted by law, RV Weight Check makes no warranty as to absolute accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, RV Weight Check excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from:

· Reliance on the measurements provided

· Use of the report

· Vehicle or caravan   configuration decisions made by the owner

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

RV Weight Check does not conduct mechanical inspections, engineering assessments, or roadworthy inspections. Customers should consult a qualified mechanic, engineer, or relevant authority for compliance or certification advice.

RV Weight Check may use non-identifiable images and data collected during the weighing process for marketing, training, or research purposes.
