Start by booking your weigh-in appointment. Simply contact us via phone, email, or DM us on socials to find a time that suits you. Planning ahead ensures that we can accommodate your schedule and provide you with the best service possible. We will let you know of a suitable place to meet which is flat and has space for us to complete your mobile caravan or trailer weigh in.
Prepare your vehicle/s
Before your appointment, prepare your vehicle and caravan/trailer by loading them as you would for a typical trip. This includes packing your usual items, filling the water tanks to your normal level, and ensuring your fuel tank is full. The goal is to replicate your travel conditions for accurate weighing.
Meet us for your weigh in
On the day of your appointment, arrive at the pre-arranged location with your vehicle and caravan/trailer. We pride ourselves on a seamless process, so you'll be greeted and guided through it by us.
Weigh in time
The weigh-in process is thorough but straightforward. Your vehicle and caravan/trailer will be weighed using our state-of-the-art Italian equipment, designed to provide precise vehicle and trailer weights. We assess each component's weight individually, including the tow ball weight, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your setup's weight distribution.You'll also have time to ask us any questions that you have about your weights and your van/trailer.
Your report
After the weigh-in, you'll receive a detailed report of your vehicle and caravan/trailer's weights. This report will highlight any concerns regarding overweight issues and provide insights into how you can adjust your load for safer and more efficient travel. Our team is also available to discuss the results and offer practical advice tailored to your specific needs.
NOTE: Our service provides you with a one-time weight measurement at a specific time and place, helping you understand your current weight and how distribution can change based on how you load your vehicle and van/trailer. This measurement only reflects the items, cargo, and setup present during the weigh. Once you leave our weighing area, any changes—such as adding or removing items, adjusting fluids, or altering the vehicle configuration—will affect the overall weight. As a result, these measurements cannot be upheld in court or used otherwise as a permanent reference.
We cannot guarantee ongoing compliance with weight limits after you depart, nor do we assume responsibility for any modifications made to your vehicle or load. Our role is to supply accurate data at the time of weighing, and it is your responsibility to maintain safe and lawful weight levels moving forward. This service should not be taken as legal or insurance advice.
